Growing up in the weird and wonderful world of my mother's dance school, studios, tutus, costume cupboards and performances were the norm.
I graduated from The London Studio Centre in 2001 with a BA (Hons) in Dance Theatre.
Living and working as a freelance dancer and teacher, I travelled across the the UK working for various dance companies and projects.
In 2008, I joined the internationally acclaimed dance company Motionhouse and spent the next seven years touring the globe performing and teaching for the company.
In 2012 I established Motionhouse Youth and was appointed to the role of Lead Artist - Creative Projects and Participation and went on to develop the companies extensive outreach and community dance programme.
I am now living in Dorset where I lead and direct the Dorset Youth Dance Company. I am the artistic director for the Pavilion Dance South West (Bournemouth) ‘Co-Evo’ dance company, as well as leading an advanced weekly technique class.
I am currently part of the Arts University Bournemouth Dance Degree team, delivering various components of the course and my freelance work allows me to continue to create and choreograph for dance film, colleges and HE establishments.
